You will lose your payment for the month if you miss your appointment or simply just didn't make one for the month. You can cancel your membership at any time but it must be before your next month payment date. If it is after your monthly payment date you will not be issued a refund. I will be held fully responsible if I do not follow the aftercare instructions and have an undesired result. I acknowledge that that I am aware there is downtime (3 days minimum and quite possible more time depending on how my skin reacts for lightening treatments). This treatment is redeemable as long as Supple Skin is in business.

CAVITATION CLIENTS:

I am aware that this service:

-is to be booked weekly (and services cannot be done any sooner than 7-10 days apart)

- is suggested to be paired with healthy diet and exercise for best results

- requires that you refrain from any alcohol consumption 24-48 hours after each session

- requires that you drink as much water as possible during your weeks of treatment to assist with removal of extra lymphatic waste and to avoid nausea and sluggishness

- includes wood therapy and some bruising my occur depending on the sensitivity of the client

- works differently for all clients and no guarantee is suggested for this service
